I am delighted that you like my blog. I enjoy writing it. I am a certified essential oil coach and your question is a good one. It is very difficult to give a definitive answer in a few sentences. I would strongly recommend that you consult with a certified aromatherapist who can give you expert advice. There are many things to consider like general health, age and if a woman is pregnant. Some people can also be sensitive or have allergic reactions. I am going to do a future post on this subject. It is best to start out safely with someone who can advise you. you should see details on a label like this:

      100% Pure Essential Oil
      No additives, no pesticides
      First distillation
      Undiluted & pure
      Organic (if possible)
