How can you get enough water in your body? What if you are bored with plain water? How can you boost water’s benefits and flavor? Here are some great answers. To make any of these detoxing, age-defying recipes, you will need a two-quart pitcher, purified water, ice, and the ingredients of choice. Add the ingredients to the pitcher and then fill it halfway with ice. Top it off with water and put it in the fridge to steep for an hour.
